Jayarudra continues to provide education kits to 400 girl students in the adopted school while expanding efforts in arts, debates, social etiquette, and career-oriented workshops. Project Uplift will scale up to provide holistic support to 60 selected students,and we will keep on choosing more deserving students ensuring their all-round growth. The initiative to supply monthly rations to homes for disabled children will continue, with a special focus on supporting more underprivileged girls from low-income families.
2024
Jayarudra provided education kits to 400 students, including school bags, uniforms, and stationery. Covered college fees for 9 students in the scholarship program for 11th grade in private colleges . The Center of Excellence was launched for 60 students in grades 8–10, focusing on English, computers, current affairs, arts, and debates, helping rural students match urban education standards. These initiatives aim to create long-term educational opportunities and bridge the learning gap for underserved girl students.
2023
This year marked the successful adoption of a school with 400 children, ensuring access to quality education and holistic development. Jayarudra transformed a rural girls' high school, upgrading its sports facilities and science labs, encouraging creativity and critical thinking. The team also continued monthly ration support for children with special needs and led infrastructure improvement projects to create better learning environments.
2022
Jayarudra distributed essential student kits to 3,000+ children across eight schools, addressing financial barriers to education. The Scholarship for Success program awarded merit-based scholarships to 15 high-achieving students so far for private college education. Currently we have 9 students under this scholarship program . Monthly rations were provided to homes for children with special needs (main focus on cerebral palsy patients) while infrastructure upgrades improved learning conditions. A strong donor base of 250+ supporters and 100+ volunteers played a crucial role in sustaining these initiatives.
