The First Campaign
Jayarudra Foundation provided 63 brand new cycles to 63 children between classes 8th - 10th belonging to Jayamangali Rural High school under the umbrella of the prestigious Sree Siddaganga Math.
Within a month, Jayarudra Foundation was able to source the funds and provide the cycles.
Today, children from villages 3-9 kilometers away who earlier had no source of transportation to reach school and earlier depended on the help of teachers are cycling to school and gain education.
Further the foundation provided stationary kits to all 124 children in the same school.
Much more will be done to these school and others in time to come.

Having hailed from low income families and faced challenges growing up, these children scored the aforementioned grades.
Jayarudra foundation ensured they got PUC admissions in an established institution by the name of BES composite college in Malleshwaram,Bangalore and has promised to sponsor their education up to the professional level.

Rainbow home in Hennur is run by Shilpa Srinivasan and is a residence to 21 lovely children with differing stages of developmental disability.

On July 02, 2022., 84 students of Sree Huttasiddeshwara were gifted a student kit each.
Jayarudra Foundation ensured each child received Uniforms , stationary kit and a school bag.
There is a sense of belonging and security instilled in the children and this was made possible the Uniforms donated to them.
The stationary kit ensured they have enough notebooks, pens, geometry box to take care of their homework and classwork.
A bag to carry them all.
These three items ensures a student is comforted in a secure and emotional need.
Every Child now has a sense of emotional and physical security and we made it possible via all the donations received.
Our vision now expands to serve more students.
Cyclist Raises Money for charity
Shiva Kumar Devan, an long distance cyclist rides for a passion and is a seasoned Randonneur. He rode 520 KMS in a route resembling the Map of India between 13-15 Aug for Independence Day 2022.
A Campaign was started to raise money and the proceeds of which were shared to Jayarudra Foundation & the medical cause of an Infant suffering a rare medical disorder.

10th Standard Examinations:
Jayarudra Foundation enabled 1000 students with Examination Preparation Kit for all 6 subjects in SSLC Kannada medium.
Students from 15 schools received curated Guidebooks and the intention was to enable them to score above distinction in all subjects.
Various Donors, CSR from Via Media Labs and employees from Dell Corporation helped achieve this goal.
Summary :
Jayarudra Foundation has a vision to enable educational needs to children hailing from low-income groups.
They have done this by providing the following to over 700 students in the year 2022-23.

All students belong to families hailing from low-income groups and or below poverty line category.
Children have a right to education despite poverty and Jayarudra Foundation aims to bridge that gap.
During the SSLC examinations, the foundation decided to provide 10th standard Examination preparatory kits to 1000 students.
across 15 rural schools in kannada medium.
The Guide books a set of 3, contained answers to previous SSLC question papers and summaries to poems and tough essays.
The aim was to ensure that all students pass, and the failures are in single digits.
We also hoped many students score distinction since the guidebooks are designed to serve that purpose.
Dell India and Via Media Labs (YML) came forward to help in that initiative from a CSR perspective and provided donations.
Along with crowd funding, we procured 350 sets and DELL and YML donated 100 sets each.
The impact has been phenomenal.
In 15 schools at an average of 1000 students, the percentages are as follows.
Distinction - 128
First Class - 653
The remaining 22% scored second class and the failures were minimal.
We Adopted an All-Girls-School.
